People are finding themselves any cell phones bad credit situation due to the fact that many of the service providers in cell phone networks are rejecting them due to having bad credit. With the advent of 4G network technology many consumers are looking to get onto Sprint’s network, who is spearheading the transition to 4G standards. However Sprint, can be one of the more expensive and difficult networks to get onto, thankfully there are some Sprint bad credit solutions available to you. And while there may not be a cheaper way to get onto their service plans, it’s not necessarily impossible even for those of you who are in a tough credit situation.

Getting cell phones with bad credit can be rather difficult and often costly as well. Some of the network service providers charge you substantial upfront deposits, and in some cases never even repay that back at some point. There was a time when Sprint used to offer their customers one of the best sprint bad credit plan programs out there for folks who are dealing with a bad credit history. However, now I’m not too different from the rest of their competitors and have very similar standards when it comes to credit acceptance. When it comes to Sprint, there are basically three levels of Sprint bad credit deposits. The lowest cost in deposit is $125, the next is $250, with the most expensive being $500 or more.

The amount that Sprint will ask you require you to pay depends mostly upon your credit history. However, it can possibly be affected by the type of phone and services that you’re trying to sign up for, especially high-end smart phones with high broadband capacity functionality. But generally, if your credit score is really so poor you’ll be asked to give at least a $500 deposit for your bad credit sprint service. For folks who simply don’t have a credit history, you’ll likely be able to pay much less and $125 is pretty typical for people in that situation. You then have what most people fall under, a basic credit history that isn’t perfect but isn’t the worst either, and those folks tend to pay around $250 to get started.

One thing to keep in mind, is that if you make all of your payments on time for the duration of the year, Sprint is one of the companies that actually will pay you back your entire deposit fee and credited towards your cell phone account. This not only improves your standing with Sprint themselves, but also improve your overall credit scores well for future purchases.

Times are tough and not a lot of people can afford to get really elaborate and expensive cell phones with multi year contracts, this is a specially the case for those of you who have no credit or a very bad credit history. Thankfully, there are a variety of methods around this issue and cell phone carriers who are willing to provide you with alternatives to the traditional two-year contract via their cell phone service for bad credit packages. The four major cell phone networks and service providers are AT&T, Verizon, Sprint, and T-Mobile and all of them offer some kind of prepaid or non contractual-based cell phone service, however some are more affordable and superior to others.

Verzion tends to be the most expensive of the bunch because they are the biggest service provider in the US, however they have started to implement their own prepaid cell phone service with bad credit programs in the form of day-to-day plans. They have a variety of prices ranging from a pre-paid basic plan where you simply pay a flat fee for all of your basic voice calls all the way up to $3.99 per day for unlimited domestic calling, you can either provide your own compatible cell phone or purchase one of theirs directly from their store. AT&T has their GoPhone service which has phones that range all the way from $45 all the way up to $200 and more, these phone packages usually come with about 25 minutes in here time credit or more into the refill either by purchasing more credit or are simply paying directly for your phone as you use it.

T-mobile tends to be the most forgiving and friendly to folks looking for substantial cell phone service but also being in a bad credit cell phone situation as well. They have a variety of different options from simple pay-as-you-go options similar to the other companies and they also have flat rate monthly fees which start as little as $30-$40 per month and you can add different services and functionalities to your phone and increase your monthly rate but not be subscribed to a contract. Sprint also has very similar options in their pay as you go and prepaid cell phone service packages as well, their prices tend to be very similar to AT&T and Verizon. Regardless of which service provider you choose to go with, make sure you do plenty of comparison shopping on the Internet and in retail locations you can get the best possible deal, cell phone companies are perfectly happy and willing to match any deal that may be coming from one of their competitors so that they can get your business, so don’t be shy about bringing it up.

There are all sorts of options for cell phones for bad credit customers, the most common method though and by far the easiest and most effective way to deal with cell phones bad credit situations, is to go with a prepaid plan or prepaid phone. They’re really only two types of plans when you come down to it, the prepaid type and the standard billing type. Prepaid plans are really more like a debit card where you can only use the amount of money that’s in your actual account and you can never go over. Billing cell phone plans are more like credit cards by the fact that they allow you to use your cell phone over the allotted time and take the risk of letting you use their service on a monthly or yearly basis, but you’ll also pay fees for going over.

This is why credit checks are so prevalent within the service provider industries that deal with standard billing plans. The company wants to know whether you’re really going to pay your bills on time or not so they can pay its various lenders on time as well. Several fantastic cellular phone companies won’t ever have a problem billing you for their service even if you go over your limits, but for those who have a bad credit history it’s an entirely different story, but there are a few options available as I mentioned, like going with prepaid cell phones and cell phone plans.

In case there are people with bad credit histories, cell phone companies will more often than not demand very pricey deposits before they’ll even consider you for a billing plan. This is to make sure the service provider’s money is safeguarded. If your credit is not terrible but it’s just not the greatest you may want to go with partial billing and set a credit limit, this kind of plan is a hybrid between prepaid phones and standard billing phone plans. This essentially means that you still pay a monthly fee but you can’t go over your limit like you could with a traditional billing plan. As I mentioned earlier,if these options don’t work for you, you can always go with a prepaid cell phone plan. These usually never require any credit history checks or contracts since the payment has already been paid in full to the service provider, so there is nothing to worry about. This is one of the best ways to get cell phones for bad credit customers. What’s great about this is that these cell phone customers can also keep track of their finances a lot easier and ahead of time without worrying about if they’re going over their minutes during an emergency or a time when they really need their cell phone.
